Paper Submission

The full manuscript should be sent as an email attachment to the conference email address: icssit.info@gmail.com

6th ICSSIT 2024 welcomes submissions from industry and across academic fields that reflects conference theme and aim at any one of the conference tracks. The submission process is only organized through full paper submission. Full paper submission and acceptance is compulsory if the authors wish to deliver a presentation during the Conference. Paper submission is optional if the authors want to attend the conference they can enroll as listener.

Please, read carefully the below provided submission process description.

Full Paper Submission

The paper should be submitted in doc(x) or pdf format by including author information in the document. It should include the title of the submission, research question, methods, research results, theoretical and managerial implications, conclusions, and references.

All papers are reviewed following a double-blind review process. The notification about acceptance/rejection will be sent to the corresponding author.

Get familiar with IEEE guidelines and requirements for conference papers from the below mentioned section and download the conference paper template accordingly. Manuscripts must be prepared on the IEEE template with a maximum length should be 4000-6000 words. Note that the page limit is 6-8 papers.

Submitted papers must be in PDF or LaTeX format. So, be careful and do not modify the template style and/or format.

IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference.

  • Plagiarism Policy

If a paper results with a high similarity (including self-plagiarism), the paper may not be reviewed and automatically rejected. Note that, even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper and will not publish the paper in the proceedings, if the article has post conference plagiarism.   • Copyright

Accepted papers should only be copyrighted to IEEE and presented at the Conference by at least one of the authors will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Authors must sign the IEEE copyright form.

After acceptance, no paper can be published in the proceedings without being accompanied by a Completed IEEE Copyright Transfer Form. The authors must complete and submit this form to have the paper included in the conference proceedings.

Note: Instructions for submitting the camera ready manuscript are given in the manuscript acceptance notification letter. Any paper submitted after final paper submission date runs the risk of not being included in the proceedings. The paper must be re-submitted during registration process even if the reviewers indicated that no changes are required in the article.
